Cold outreach fails because it asks. SiteHunt shows.
"Do you need a website?" gets ignored. A link to a finished site, with the business's own name and services on it, starts a conversation.
Finding the right businesses and building something credible before anyone pays you is the slow part. SiteHunt does both. You just talk to the client.
Businesses with no site at all
Listed on Maps, real reviews, real phone number, and nothing to send a customer to.
Sites that have quietly died
Domain parked, server down, or a page that has not been touched since 2014. Easy to prove, easy to fix.
List in, pitchable site out.
Four steps, followed here on one real business, in the order it actually happens.

1
STEP 01
You upload your list
Drop in an Excel or CSV export of local businesses. SiteHunt cleans it, removes duplicates and maps your columns. A law firm lands in the list: 84 reviews, 4.6 rating, no website.

STEP 02
It finds the openings
Every lead is checked for a working website. You get two buckets: no site at all, and sites that are genuinely broken. The law firm has nothing to send a customer to, so it goes to the top.

STEP 03
You build the site
Pick a template for that vertical. Your AI key writes the copy from what the listing already knows: the firm's name, services and area. You get a real preview link, not a mockup, and you edit anything that reads wrong.

STEP 04
You reach out
Connect Brevo and send from your own domain. One short email with the link in it. You are not asking whether they want a website, you are showing them the one that already exists. The reply is yours.
Subject: I built Al Hosn Legal a websiteHi, I noticed Al Hosn Legal has 84 reviews on Maps but no website, so I built one to show you what it could look like. Have a look: yoursite.com/demo/al-hosn-legal
Happy to hand it over or change anything. Worth a quick call?
SiteHunt is the tool. The relationship, the pricing and the invoice are all between you and the client. DreamDevs never contacts them.
Everything the hunt needs.
Seven pieces, in the order you will actually use them.
Sign in and register
Accounts for solo freelancers and for agencies. Your leads, templates and keys stay inside your workspace.
Excel upload
Bring your own list, in whatever shape it arrived. Flexible column mapping, automatic dedupe, no reformatting by hand. We show you how to pull one in about two minutes.
Templates by category
A law firm and a restaurant do not need the same site. Templates are grouped by client category, so the match is close before you edit anything.
AI integration
Paste your own Claude or Codex API key. SiteHunt writes the copy and fills the template with it. You pay your provider directly, at cost.
How to get a key →Template selection
Preview side by side, switch template on a lead without starting over, and save the ones that keep closing as your defaults.
Free and premium templates
A free set to get your first pitch out today. Premium templates are richer and deeper, and are paid once pricing is announced.
Browse templates →Outreach through Brevo
Connect your own Brevo account and send from your own domain, with your own sending reputation. Sequences, bounce handling and a suppression list are built in, so you stay on the right side of the rules.

Working a vertical we do not cover yet? Tell us and we will build the template.
You bring the keys. You keep the costs.
No markup on AI or email. You connect your own accounts, see exactly what you spend, and revoke access whenever you like.
Claude or Codex API key
Powers the copywriting and the template fill. Create a key in your provider's console, paste it in once, and it is used only for your builds.
- ✓Billed by your provider, not by us
- ✓Stored encrypted, revocable any time
- ✓We walk you through getting the key, step by step
Brevo API key
Powers the outreach. Emails leave from your Brevo account and verified domain, so replies come back to you and the sender reputation is yours.
- ✓Brevo has a free tier to start on
- ✓Bounces and unsubscribes handled automatically
- ✓We walk you through getting the key, step by step
We built this to win our own clients.
SiteHunt is not a concept we drew up for other people. DreamDevs is a software agency, and this is the system we run to find businesses that need a website.
Cold emails that ask a question get ignored. Building the site first worked far better, so we automated the tedious half. Enough agencies asked how, so we opened it up.
See what DreamDevs builds ↗What SiteHunt is not.
Not a lead scraper
It does not go and harvest data for you. You bring a list you are allowed to use, and you stay in control of how it was sourced.
Not a lead marketplace
We do not sell you contacts, and we do not resell your list to anyone else. Your leads stay in your workspace.
Not a bulk blaster
Sending is capped, suppression is enforced, and it is built for a handful of considered emails, not ten thousand identical ones.
The questions we always get.
Do I really need my own API keys?
Yes, and that is deliberate. You create a Claude or Codex key and a Brevo key, and paste them in once. It means AI and email costs are billed to you at cost with no markup from us, emails go out from your domain and not a shared one, and you can revoke our access at any moment. We walk you through both, step by step.
Who owns the sites I build?
You do, and so does your client once you hand it over. Charge whatever you like for it. DreamDevs takes no cut of your deal and never contacts the businesses in your list.
What does it actually cost me to run?
Two things, both paid to your own providers: AI usage when a site is generated, which is cents per site, and email sending, which Brevo has a free tier for.
Where do I get a lead list in the first place?
You get the guide when you sign in. It takes about two minutes and gives you a list of local businesses in your chosen category and city, ready to upload.
Is SiteHunt branded on the sites I build?
No. There is no SiteHunt or DreamDevs branding on anything you build. The site is yours and your client's completely, so you can hand it over or sell it under your own name.
Get in before it opens.
SiteHunt is not open to everyone yet. We are letting freelancers and agencies in a group at a time.
- ✓You hear first when your spot opens
- ✓Pricing announced to the waitlist before anyone else
- ✓Tell us your vertical and we will prioritise that template
No spam, and no sharing your details. One email when there is genuinely something to say.
Your next client already has no website.
Join the waitlist and be building sites worth pitching as soon as SiteHunt opens.
